There are really fine lines between a culture and a habit that may have been introduced, or curved into cultural tradition. The culture of the Japanese people is world renowned of being respectful and Courteous. Though, certain live wires have been laid into it’s population, such as wiring honour into a near parallel indoctrination.
While consuming such things as Whale, or Bear bile, may have been reattributed as a delicacy, or to serve personal longevity at another’s expense. Does it represent the culture from where you have come ?
While habit can be introduced, formed and solidified over time masquerading as Part of a culture. The humanity in Us knows that somethings a miss.

In a long play, such as humanity is subject to. People may come to understand the vulnerability the unrelenting efforts of continued whaling exposes civilisation to. It is an activity that few support or participate in, yet as part of a world view plays hand in hand in the dehumanisation of Japan as a whole, with groundwork already in play.
In addition, such as collapsing Ocean Reef Systems, destabilising the whale populations effects the greater eco systems of the oceans. This in turn, such as accelerated and unsustainable deforestation destabilises the Planets life support systems, such as oxygen production and atmospheric integrity. ————————————————————————————–
