While the war continues in the Ukraine, many Russians have turned away their support from the illegal invasion being waged that is sentencing many to death and misery.

A call of forced conscription has seen many more people seek refuge in neighbouring countries, who’s accommodation for both Russian and Ukrainian refugees has been overwhelming, though borders are beginning to close.

We have word that those protesting in Russia against this unjust invasion are being drafted untrained and unprovisioned into military service.

While opinion polls continue to show a drop in, but holding considerable support for their leaders, as we have seen both here and in other countries, those speaking against the regime are often arrested or met with government backed brutality.

In many other parts of the world operations within our Governments continue to suppress and diminish the rights of living species and our environment.

In Iran Women are casting off the shackles of suppression and leading a voice protesting against a system that would see a perversion of religion command over government without question, or consideration of equal and universal rights.

Though justifications of vile treatment and imbalance maybe found in examples of deep seated conservatism, the effect in reality, is a hard dictatorship of suppression, imbalance and control that serves against the people that is washing over these countries and our world.

A young women in Iran recently died in the custody of what has become known as the morality police in an activity serving very much against morality. She was arrested, held in captivity and allegedly beaten because some of her hair was showing through her headdress in public. The reason given to justify this arrest and treatment was that she wasn’t wearing her hijab correctly. She died three days later in custody with the official reports of the cause of her death conflicting with broader information.

There are reports that other young woman calling for equal rights have died under unusual circumstance including a 16yo who is said to have jumped off a building to her death, though confirmation has been impossible as her body was kept under guard and in secret till her burial in a remote and inaccessible location.

Though there is a long history of the hijab, it is only in recent times that some Islamic states began mandating that all women wear them, giving way to persecution backed by law, and subsequently fueling narratives of fear against these people.

On March 8 1979, what was to be a celebration of liberation and International Woman’s day soon turned to protests as mandates were introduced the day before forcing women to wear the hijab in government offices. In 1981 it became law for all women over the age of nine to veil themselves. These protests, against the seeds of imbalance and suppression arose One Hundred Thousand people, though were met with government backed violence actuated and justified on the back of a newly introduced law serving against equal and human rights.

Reports today are also broadcasting that the Iranian people, under harsh resolve are also being cut off from the internet. Other countries, some already completely encapsulated are being severely censored from factual information of world and local events. Australia was very close to loosing these rights and ability only a few years ago.

In Brazil suppression lays in the balance. While the present leader denies the scientific effects of the Amazon on world precipitation, and has ushered a decline in the strength of civil and environmental protections and stability of these forests and the indigenous people. The overall populations are being plummeted into unrest and financial class division.

While running for Presidency. An old favourites reputation has been scarred for allegedly taking bribes from engineering companies in exchange to favour them for public contracts. A charge that was later annulled by the Supreme Court.

During his previous time as 35th President of Brazil the economy soared, he was a founding member of the workers party, introduced social support programs, combated poverty and has made his intention of reducing inequality and protecting the Amazon, its indigenous people and their knowledge and wisdom of the lands clear.

Though both candidates have seen convictions annulled, there seems a very clear distinction in the paths that they are choosing to direct their Country.

Massive Human and Environmental Rights violations continue to be voted through parliaments world wide.

In Iran 227 of 290 members of congress have voted to have over fourteen thousand innocent civilians executed by the State for the supposed crime of standing up for their rights, and the freedom of their Country.

Over 300 people are already dead with reports that possibly over a thousand have been killed by the standing authorities with gunshot wounds to the head or vital organs. Despite this, the people continue to call for fair treatment and the freedom of their Country from oppressive governance.
